Broken fridge

My name is Madiau Mokoma from Protea South Soweto. Am very annoyed and disappointed with the after purchase service that I get from defy. I reported the fridge that was not working on the 28th of November 2022, I was given a reference number and a promise that someone will come to fix it. No one has come not contacted me. I always call them and they give me empty promises. I wrote to Hello Peter on the 20th of December and I received an email with their apologies but nothing has happened since then. Ref no *** my cellphone number is ***. Can I have my fridge fixed please
