Broken dishwasher still not fixed

Three weeks ago (Monday 22nd June) I contacted Defy so they could fix my dishwasher (that I purchased in February and is still under warranty) <br> Firstly I was told Mary will call you shortly, I phoned back on Wednesday 24th to see when I was to receive the call back, I spoke to Mary who said the call was not logged so I would not be getting a call back. <br> On Wednesday 24th I logged the call and was told someone would come on Friday 26th to look at the machine.<br> I phoned Mary on Friday 26th at 3.30pm to see if the I was going to receive a visit or not, I was told he will not make it to you today and Monday is full, he will come on Tuesday 30th, he will call you before he comes....<br> He came on Tuesday 30th and spent about 15/20 mins looking at the machine then said that it must go in, he said that he would collect on Monday 6th or Tuesday 7th next week (one more week with a broken machine) <br> Tuesday 7th came and went and no-one came to pick up the machine, I phoned the workshop and spoke to Fyim on Wednesday 8th July who said the pick up was scheduled for today...it is now Friday and I am still waiting with a broken Dishwasher, what shocking service...
