Broken Defy washing machine

My mother bought a Defy washing machine at Game in December 2017,in the guarantee period the machine broke numerous times, it is now in the extended guarantee period and has been broken and fixed four times, the spinner stopped working again December 2020 and a call was logged 21 Dec 2020,the technician came out 12 January 2021....14 January 2021 the spinner broke AGAIN SMELLING LIKE BURNT WIRE...every time the machine break we are terribly inconvenienced and it takes them several weeks to come out and fix the machine, my neighbout felt so sorry for me when she saw I had to make a washing line in front of my house to hang the washing which was dripping wet and she offered that I could come over and spin it!!! Something should be done ASAP,Defy's product is definitely not up to scratch and the service we are getting is atrocious, I have a tumble dryer that also gave many problems after being bought which is now standing dead still...I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A DEFY PRODUCT AT ALL!! reference nr: 770147
