Brand new fridge that does not work properly

We bought Defy fridge in Nictus Windhoek in last December. From the beginning it did not work properly. It made a lot of noise and was making large amount of ice. It was immediately requested to be replaced but Nictus instead sent maintenance crew. Noise was reduced but ice is still piling up. We again asked Nictus to replace it with new and they referred us to Defy Namibia that they are the ones to replace it. Defy Namibia refused and now we are stuck with brand new fridge that is malfunctioning from very beginning. How can we get proper assistance?

Fridge was replaced thanks to Nictus persistence. Defy Namibia was not so keen on replacement and said they have to take it up with Defy SA. Anyway it's done. Thanks you.
