Bought a new Oven and it is rusted and scratched

I bought a Defy Oven last week DBO 431 MET when I installed the oven we discovered the oven was badly scratched and also rusted. I tried to look for the head office contact number or e-mail address the web site is not user friendly at all that is why I am going to Hello Peter it is a very expensive Oven and I do not appreciate that the product is so badly damaged.<br> <br> I want answers how will Defy fix this problem that accrued.<br> <br> I am awaiting your reply back.
