We would just like to thank Hirsch's and DEFY for your outstanding service - we ordered a fridge from you on order no: ***. It was delivered to our very small town on the West Coast and was faulty when we switched it on - together with your Hirsch's Staff Member Elisha and Defy, we were helped immediately, and eventually a new refrigerator delivered to us from DEFY Cape Town yesterday - this is going beyond the call of duty and a MAGNIFICENT EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
