Belt Snapped

I have my tumble dryer for about 16-17 months and i contacted Defy JHB this morning and they refuse to repair my machine because i no longer have my proof of payment, they want to charge me R400 just for a call out fee excluding the labor, i was evening willing to buy the belt myself i emailed to ask where can i buy the belt so i can do it myself i have still not received any feedback. Kind of dissapointed. Where can i buy the part so i CAN REPLACE IT MYSELF.
