Before buying a washing machine,I consulted an appliance repair friend of mine about which brand to buy and his advice was "You can't do better than Defy,they are the Toyota of appliances because they're so reliable!"Based on his advice I bought a Defy Auto**** washing machine and 15 trouble free years later;it's still going strong!
