Bad stock control to fix appliences.
It has been now 3 months since I wanted my Defy washing machine fixed. First I was told that I am out of my warrenty of 2years. Then since I have bought an extended warrenty it becomes the problem of the store where I bought it. Then the supplier that is supposed to fix the machine throws it back to Defy stating that they do not have parts to fix the machine. It hac now been 2 months and 3 weeks and it is all to blame Defy. Why do you sell machines that you can not fix when problems arrises ? I have many Defy products but since this I will be replacing my appliences 1 by 1.

The Model is a DTL160
Part no : ***
According to the technician from Welkom Appliences who is contracted to fix the machine they need a electronic circuit board and a door switch. According to them the parts will be arriving some time this week, they can not give me a specific time.
My problem is actually that the machine shows an E5 error code, so how many things can be wrong with this error code ?
Like I metioned they said that the part will be here this week so I will see what happens.
It just feels like Defy and then OK furniture and then Welkom Appliences are all taking there time so my warrenties can expire..??
You are more than welcome to contact me on ***.

Seems to me that even you are experiencing what I am....because they allso make you wait for a reply. That is what they have been doing the hole time. But I will take it up with Ok furniture to contract a better supplier.

The technician replaced the parts and left. I put some clothes in the machine and started the machine to run through all the cycles. When it came to the rinse and spin cycle the machine does go through the cycle then jumps back to 8min and starts over and this just keeps going on. I contacted the service agent and he said it was because the machine was off balance. I explained to him that it will be an E1 code and the machine does not give that. The load is not off balance as i was standing there for every cycle. So I contacted OK furniture to assist further in this matter.
