Bad smell in my freezer

Game and Defy did send a technician to my place for the bad smell in my freezer.Now Lucas Lentsoane wants to send a senior technician to investigate..so what does that mean..he does not trust the technician that was here.Its seems to me this is just a waist of my time!Let me rather take it to the next step expose them and let my lawyer deal with it.
