BAD SERVICE, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE

I'm up to here with Defy. Logged a call for them to fix my oven that is not even a year old. I have a warranty of 10 years but they have been giving me a runaround till today. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional . I have called on the 22 December since then everyday they are sending someone. The technician does not even answer his phone. every time I call I'm told its been re booked.
