Bad service needs to be rectified...

I bought a fridge brand new with 5 year warranty... After a few months called for technician to come due to the freezer producing too much frost... They technician that came through basically paid with the fridge because the problem was there after a few months and had to defrost fridge every second week... This problem has caused other issues... I have also looked at reviews of the fridge and there are lots of problems with this type/code of fridge... All I'm asking is for a new fridge or voucher of the amount of fridge so I can replace my fridge with a different model as it is a troublesome fridge. I will not accept any other option or for them to fix my fridge... I can not pay so much money for me to be keep having technicians to fix my fridge...
