Bad service Game & Defy

I wrote a complaint about defy appliance and I got a response from head office. they sent a guy to assess the problem but the guy who came here dont know what he is talking about cause I asked him a question but his answer was not appropriate to the appliance i got so he clearly does not know what he is talking about. I was promised the problem will be escalated to durban office for a call to send a more clued personnel to handle my compliant 3 days now not a word so the after sales service is poor. I have 3 appliances of defy now maybe I'll change my brand I'm future. and this was bought at GAME Westwood and they too has problems. I have a sales order doc.but they want me to email cash slip ..... I'm a pensioner where must i go to email cash slip all in all .... Game & defy are pathetic Unqualified in customer care
