BAD SERVICE FROM DEFY APPLIANCES

We bought a DEFY TUMBLE DRYER about 6 to 8 months ago. This piece of equipment comes with a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer (DEFY). The TUMBLE DRYER stopped drying the clothes and other materials. I reported this to DEFY and they gave me a " REFERENCE NO " ( *** ) and told me that a technician will call me. Almost a full week passed and NOBODY contacted me. I think this is SUCH POOR SERVICE from a trusted household brand ( at least i thought they are a reliable company )
