Bad service from Defy Appliances

At home we bought a defy oven from makro in January 2019. It had a problem in with the light I called them to send a technician. The technician only arrived after a months with no explanation given I only received a sorry. I finally come but he messed things up even more instead of fixing I am still waiting for the technician to arrive its been three months, now i have not gotten any help.They have really bad service, the worse I have ever experienced.
