BAD SERVICE EVER

Since I bought this Defy side-by-side fridge 18 months ago, it began with problems. They had to replace the fridge twice. Now I am on the 3rd fridge, logged a call 3 weeks ago, apparently the fan broke. However this fridge is never moving anywhere so I dont know how this can happen. After the technician left, the fridge is starting making a noise. Technician was here again, saying it is a rattle. Now I have recorded the sound, but have to wait till Monday to try and get the hold of the service manager. The same service Manager which was supposed to phone us back 3 days ago. There is only a toll free number and you cannot get hold of the people in charge. The service is absolutely disgusting.
