Bad Service
*** From the 8th to the 19th...Defy is no longer what it is used to be because of agency.From call centre you will get pathetic service through out management's.This has been a nightmare on its own I have only had this machine for 6 months.No one has been helpful in have been promised lies after lies from such a brand..Never will I purchase your products Not anymore..one client is too many Defy Team.If you continue with such pathetic services you will loose more clients.
This has been the worst is have experienced.
