BAD SERVICE / DSAMAGED GOODS

I purchased a Defy Dishwasher and have had nothing but problems with the machine. During the very first complaint I requested the machine to be replaced. 10 months later I need to constantly report a problem/s with the machine, and there is always another \reason"for the faults. Game blames Defy"
