Bad Service Dissatisfied Defy Client

I will never ever buy or recommend Defy to anyone ever again. IN my house in fact between the 2 houses on the property i have always bought Defy and been a creature of habit thats the brand i buy but never ever again. I bought 2 Eco fridges from Hirsch springfield with so called stainless steel doors. What ******* and Defy had to be called out for the 4th time for the fridge. this time around its for the same problem the filters in the fridge seem to let out a light dusting of Rust Dust and not sure why that is happening They have picked up the fridge but no one has called me to say Lady this is the problem and I complained about the door kinking as in forming dents in the door which is clearly visible but the door supposed to be stainless steel . Xmas is next week tuesday and I need a fridge asap with KZN weather i cannot afford to be without a fridge. the docket number is C699658 I called the number had to leave a message no one has called me back the number I dialled was ********** 339
