BAD SERVICE DION WEIRD AND DEFY

Good day I'm so disgusted with the service iv received from dion weird gateway and defy... Iv purchased a fridge/freezer just over a year ago and already there was an issue with it my husband called the dion weird store on the 27 th of September the consultant stated they was going to send someone threw we waited til about 1 and called the store back then they said they will be sending someone threw by Saturday the incompetence of the dion weird store resulting in them capturing my husband's number incorrectly. Waiting patiently for a call from the technicians, only to gotten home from work with a note by the door saying they came to fix the fridge and no one was home looking at the invoice which I have in my possession shows that they have captured my husband's cell phone number incorrectly there after calling the store again and getting information that someone was going to come that Saturday waiting again no one came called Sunday they said they trying to get someone to come out and sort my fridge and freezer out waiting again the entire day Sunday no one came. Then on Monday my husband called again and a guy made arrangements and came threw this incompetence by the dion weird store resulted in my stuff in my freezer getting spoilt meat, fish, chicken etc so I would like to know how I will be compensated for such neglectence from the stuff who cannot capture a number correctly!!!! This is all unnecessary costs to me which isint fair on my side. Defy is supposed to be a good brand but how is it possible that after 1 year 3 months my fridge and freezer stopped working? I ask the question every year am I going to have a problem so that means I wasted r10 000 on something that's not going to last? Absolutely ridiculous I'm extremely disappointed with both dion weird gateway and defy brand I keep calling defy and dion weird but I see no one is willing to assist me in this matter yet when u enter they store they want u to puschase they items!!!
