Bad service DEFY

Defy maintenance department and the management is ****. I'm getting rid of all my defy brands in my house because of this putrid service I get from them. Since the default fridge was logged on the 4th I was the one phoning around following up on this matter but nothing was done. Defy had technicians in my area that was suppose to attend to my fridge yesterday but no one was there and they couldn't phone to inform me yet I was the one who had to call around between game store canal walk and defy cpt. Defy not my favourite any more. Dont make cell phomes like the other brands.
