Bad service

Earlier this month i ordered a door for my Defy tumbledryer , after being messed around by the spares dept , not answering phones , not returning calls , i was helped by Basil De Klerk infrom the service dept , i received my spare part the next day , so the 5 star rating is for the excellent service i received from Basil and NOT the spares dept The sad part of this review is i worked in the spares dept 40 years ago and the level of service has declined compared to when i worked there
