Bad service by Defy repair center

Defy service is very pathetic, we have logged a call for a washing/dryer machine that is faulty on the 6 April 2021. Until today the issue hasn't been resolved, as a customer I feel I am not a priority to them, we have to hand wash our laundry whereas we have bought a machine. This is a terrible service, I keep on given different excuses each time I call. I am so disappointed with this service and want to escalate this further than this. I have been so patient and have ran out of patience now.
