Bad service at game stores n defy company

I bought a fridge SBS F740/F790 last year at game stores in rustenburg and it's now not freezing in the freezer side room of it so I went to game stores evn called them n emails the defy people yet to this day its been over three weeks waiting for the defy technician to come check the fridge at my place n worst of all some technician guy who was assigned to the job said to me its not his job worst of all I was the one who called him cuz I saw dt I was waiting n waiting for nothing n no one
