Bad service and *********** service team

Sent my stove for repairs at OK in November and after almost a month without the stove I went to collect it and It was not fixed as they took their damn time , they called me to bring it, spent money and took it there they fixed it and 3 weeks later now the same plate is not working, the thermal cut off has a problem, all I want is a thermal cut off I will replace it myself coz your team takes a year to fix appliances
