BAD SERVICE
I have bought a defy stove from OK furniture, in Fochville. I have been fixing the big plate for the THIRD time now. Number of times I tried to speak to relevant people and persuading them to take their stove but they refuse because I HAVE LOST CONFIDENCE IN THEIR PRODUCT. I can't fix one thing THREE TIMES and I am not being taken serious. BAD SERVICE FROM DEFY
