Bad service
I purchased a Defy top loader at Ok furniture and it stopped working I called on the 31st I was told that the technician will be available on the 2nd and the 4th and the day came and still no assistance. I have been calling every day since the 4th still no assistance. I am truly disappointed with the service and its appliances.
