Bad service

Bought a defy hob and oven used the oven like 3 times then it broke the guy came to repair then just before Christmas it broke again npw its the 6th of January 2021 i calles the agent directly his giving me the run around and not fixing the problem we haven't been able to use this oven from then (23 December 2020) please help
