Bad service

I bought a refrigerator from Game 3 years back it has 5 years guarantee. During lockdown the refrigerator happen to stop working I called Defy for fixing it, they sent a technician however the technician failed to fix it. I called them several times to get assistance as I am currently renting the fridge in vain.I am under pressure now since lockdown and they are not picking up the phone Defy
