Bad service

I have been waiting since december on a part i wanted from defy montague gardens. Eventually in february the part i asked for was received once again and not out of stock, i asked the lady if this part is complete, she then checked the book and said no its not.

However let me check on system. And said theybdo not have the stock. I personally know that a top loaders lid comes complete not in pieces. Upto this very day i made more than 30 phone calls and only a handfull was answered. I visited the branch atleast 12 times in totall. Still no answer. The guy that took over told me dont worry i will call you sir with feedback, no calls were returned, no emails were receieved and i was at there shop yesterday and i waited like 40 minutes to be serviced. I stood at the counter he said you here for the lid issue insaid yes... He walked to the back and came to the desk and i waited. Eventually i walked away to the door way and he helped another customer. I thought ok, i waited and waited, Eventually i went forward again and said whats happening cause its been 6 months already. He then said i need to print the email to orove to you that we waiting on a reply. I mean 2 3 months of waiting on a reply. I asked weres your manager why dont you escalate this matter. And left and said call me when you receive an answer asap
