Bad service

Hi I bought a defy stove from game Westwood branch on 16th July 2020 & delivery was 18th July 2020 my wife was complaining to me since Nov check the glass on the door its coming off. I said I'll phone & complain but never came around to do it until last nite we argued. to I'm trying to get hold of game Westwood but recording sorry dialed no. is busy 47 times then I go into goggle & find another no. same story. Then I tried defy call centre recording say wait for next available agent no problem but when call finally go through no one answering that happened thrice. I'm a pensioner so cell phone air is not easy to waste. this was the first time using game never again as for defy their products are generally good cause I have a deep freezer & fridge ... bought at Hirsch now I'm so flipping ****ed off. I'm semi crippled & have a manual car I have to drive to game Westwood branch to complain game must catch a wake up
