Bad Service

I bought a Defy 8Kg top loader washing machine in 2017 from Game Clearwater, which from the time I bought it, it has been giving me problem. Called Defy Service centre to send a techican out, was told there is nothing wrong with my machine, just to find out after the 3rd time they sent someone out that the Gearbox was stripped. Wouldn't recommend that anyone buys anything from Defy.
