Bad service

I bought my Defy stove last month but after 2 weeks it was not working anymore. I reported the query to House & Home on Saturday May 5th; H&H logged a ticket for repair with the manufacturer Defy. The technician assigned to come to my case was Justice. He contacted me on Tuesday 8th and stated he will be coming in the afternoon, I sent him my full address including the flat number. The guy did not come, I called him he said he will be coming before 6 pm but still did not come in. I have called him the following day, he said he was busy repairing a washing machine in Akasia and could you make it but will come on the day; unfortunately he did not come too. I called him again on Thursday, he apologized and said he will come in the afternoon and will let me know if something comes up but never called back. On Saturday the 12th I called him; he stated the reason he did not come or call is because he heard that a strike was taking place at the hospital were I live, while I live in the Doctor's Quarter and not in the hospital pavilions. On Monday 14th, H&H called me back to find out if the technician came in, I explained the whole situation. They apologized and promised to escalate the query. On Tuesday 15th, Justice the technician called me I was at work, I told him that the helper was at home he can go there. He went to my place and then called me back to say that the stove could not be repaired and had to be replaced, it will take a week for them to bring a new one and take the old one back. On Thursday 17th I called the call center to find out when the case will be completed and they told me that the technician reported that he came to my place on Friday and I told him that I did not want the stove to be repaired, I wanted a new one only. He lies that he came on Friday and even when he came on Tuesday I was at work. My case is since pending, how can I cook for almost 3 weeks without a stove? I am very disappointed as I am struggling to cook every day while I spent more than R2,000 to buy a stove.
