Bad service

I've logged a call with Defy regarding my Hob that's not working, 3/03/2018, I was advised the turn around time is 3 working days, I called on the 7/8 March 2018, was told they will call me back regarding when the technician will come in but till today nobody has come in. I'm disappointed in the service as I haven't had decent food in two weeks already. Job number:863190
