Bad service

Bad service Defy!!

I wait more than 2 weeks for defy to come and fix my washing machine . the washing machine start with his problems last year the 19th of December. they had been there many times the, pc board was replaced, the water selections but my washing machine is still not working. It kept take in water and water pump out water all the time it never come to spin. If you put it on spin, it only spin for 1 second, then stop and put in water again. That's all he does all the time. nobody's calling me back i have to call every time to hear if they got a party. it's now 2 and a half week and i have to call again this morning to hear when they're going to fix the washing machine. that is unacceptable. The washing machine was bought in September 2016 and defy had to came and fix it twice already!
