Bad service

Good day I bought a sliming defy hob hot stove from makro silver lake Pretoria east and I paid for the installation which supposed to be installed by blingstallation but the technician (Bs lucas electrical) refused to install it.. After showing him(Bs lucas electrical) the yellow paper I got from makro and the two years warranty paper but I was not with the original invoice due to makro is still having it because they are yet to deliver all my appliances, I bought from them and a customer sales rep from makro still called him (Bs lucas electrical) to explain to him the reasons why they have not given me the original invoice but still yet the technician(Bs lucas electrical) that came was so arrogant and refused to install it. The service I got is worst and I wont recommends their service to anyone and it is so unpleasant he makes me look like I stole the appliances.
