Bad service

<p>We hear buy South African products. I did so and now we are disappointed in Defy. I bought Defy washing machines for me and my two daughters aswell as dishwashers. We had to buy a new dishwasher and went to Makro as they had a special on them. The new Defy dishwasher cannot wash our dinner plates as it fit into both my daughers machines. The top water sparater foul against the plates. I did sent two email to Defy South Africa on their web site and after two weeks no answer. Question is should I stick with Defy or get other product. </p>
