Bad service!

<p>Bought a Defy fridge a few months back. Worked perfectly fine at the beginning and now the fridge makes funny noises. Kinda like growling sounds. Called Defy and they could not take my call at the time beacuse the service department was too busy. The lady I spoke to said she would forward my contact details to the department that I needed to speak to and they would contact me the following day. I agreed and waited for their call. It's been a few weeks since my first call and I am still wainting for them to call me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bad service from a company that I trust and use often.</p>
