BAD SERVICE
I bought a Defy fridge from Game store mall of Africa last year 30/11/2020 and now the appliance is not working since i reported this 2 weeks ago and still today no technician come to check it, and when i call then holded for 15 min and the consultant still tells me the technician will come in 3 days, this is not acceptable. they need to sort out this or collect it and refund me my money

06 May 2021, 11:36I am still waiting on this since i reported my fridge and i was told it will take 3 days after calling so many times still fixe, I just want this defy to come and collect their fridge and refund me my money.
