Bad Quality Complaint

I write this review as an extremely unhappy customer supporting a brand which is a household name for many homes. Unfortunately I purchased a four plate stove and it's been repaired 4 times in one year the quality of this R 5000 stove is extremely disheartening and I honestly do not want to be made to believe that DEFY is disregards our pain and frustration, someone has to hear us and have empathy
