BAD PRODUCT
I sent in a poor review on the 21st December 2021 concerning my Defy Top Loader washing machine which makes a noise. The technician replaced 4 new springs but machine still noisy Technician come back on 30 December 2021 and once again confirmed that the new springs are also faulty and Defy customer care will contact me. As of 14 January 2022 I have not heard a word from anyone at Defy. Such POOR SERVICE FROM DEFY. The public should boycott Defy products
BE CARE WHEN BUYING DEFY.
