Bad defy broken fridge

I bought a defy fridge in March which took time to be delivered , the fridge when it was delivered it was covered properly with plastic wrap and so but when I removed alll the things that they were covered with inside the deep freezer the edges were broken,I’ve tried communicating with game all they can tell me is that they still waiting for defy to contact them ,this is a terrible experience I am using the fridge right now in that condition
