Bad Defy

We purchased a new Defy Tumble Dryer in August of 2019. Kept it is storage till ***1. Took it out the box and it does not work. Contacted Defy on ***1. They gave me a service call reference number. However, today, the ***1 I have heard nothing from Defy. Tried calling them four times today, no reply. Please assist?
