Bad customer service

On 22 June 2020 I reported my Defy washing machine to be faulty. A technician assessed the machine and reported that he needs to order a spare item. I am still waiting on Defy technician to repair the machine although the spare is available. We have made numerous calls and sent emails but no response from Defy. The service we received from Defy is not what we expected from a reputable company and brand. I have made a huge mistake to buy Defy product, due to affordability.
