Bad craftmanship

I have an Defy washing machine. The machine was in for warranty repairs a couple of times. All the repairs is in connection with the initial repair done. The last two repairs has been done the last two months. Both times the machine had the same noise appearing as before with in the first or second load of washing. Game got so sick and tired of me complaining, they gave me a new machine. Defy will have to jack up their service. Can you ever buy a defy again with that type of service?
