Bad Bad Service from Defy

I would like to warn everyone to be very aware to the fact that Defy have a very bad after service. I have a new Defy oven that is just over 2 years old and it was really not used at all due to the cost of electricity. about a year ago the oven didn't bake to its potensial and I asked Defy to assist. after a month or two suddenly a guy appears to have a look and without any work done he charged me R700.00 and then came with scemes on how to fix the oven and how to bypass Defy. It is shocking and absolute poor bad expensive service. My suggestion is not to buy any Defy product. The name and brand are not worth anything anymore
