BAD ATTITUDE FROM FRONT OFFICE STAFF

I have been to Defy in Wilsonia on numerous occasions to the Spares Department to get spares for my appliances. The lady at the spares department and the staff at the front office/ cashiers are very ill-mannered and speak very abrupt and rudely to their customers...either they look at race and serve or either they do not know how to deal with customers. They always ready to gun you down on any comment or request. I excused their service the first time, but I am extremely sorry it seems to be consistent. Utterly disgusting!!!!
