Bad after service

I bought a Defy F740/F790 Eco double door fridge freezer January 2017.. Begin of January 2018 the freezer door started pushing itself away getting extremely hot around the door.. I contacted Game Welcome.. Firstly the assistant would get back to me when I never heard anything after 4 days he first denied taking my details but eventually found them then I week later still no feedback from them.. Two weeks down the line eventually a technician was appointed but his vehicle broke down so another local company was appointed.. They come out look at the fridge said it is normal that the unit gets hot around the frame they will send a report to Defy and come put on new rubbers.. It's now a week later still no rubbers and now the unit has developed a humming noise..
