BAD AFTER SALES FROM DEFY
NEVER EVER buy a Defy dishwasher.
I Purchased a Defy dishwasher 28/02/2020 four months later it broke. The after sales is so BAD been waiting for 3 months for a new dishwasher.
its pathetic, they promise you one thing but dont deliver. Now im sitting with broken dishwasher and cant do anything with it. WHAT a way to waste money

Yes a dishwasher was delivered but NOT a new one, when we opened the dishwasher it was wet inside and dirty you can clearly see it was used, so im not surprised if I got a dishwasher that was on demo in a store. I Paid for a new dishwasher but getting a used as a replacement.
I tried phoning Mbali, Logan and Jan yesterday and they not taking my calls. So much for customer service.
