BAD AFTER SALE SERVICE

We bought a 620lt Defy Fridge from GAME STORES.The fridge started to rust as soon as the warranty was over,we phoned defy to come and check,Johan came out to the house in Aug 2013 to check and told us that a certain batch did that he will arrange that we get a new fridge.We phone and followed up and spoke to Peet van den Berg he assured me we wont get a new one but they will replace the backing that rusted and he will come back to us as soon as they have stock.I phoned everyweek after that,then Peet just tells me oh they forgot he will be on it.We went on like this every second week with no one phoning us back or giving us feedback.Then after i got a bit mad with them,Bennie phoned me and told me he will come replace the backing he is going to order it,this was Februarie 2014, as soon as they receive the part he will come.Since then i havent heard anything about that and we are in 2015 and the frigde is still not replaced nor fixed. All the food in the fridge tastes funny because of the rust so this means i have to throw away plenty of food.This is unacceptable and now i wish to take it further.
